LEARN TO MAKE SOURDOUGH — FROM START TO FINISH

We’re opening the bakery doors for a very limited hands-on sourdough class on Wednesday, August 26th from 4–7 PM in Shawano, WI.

This isn’t a demonstration where you watch me make a loaf and go home with a recipe.

You’re making your own.

Over three hours, I’ll walk you through the entire process of making a traditional sourdough loaf — feeding your starter, mixing your dough, stretch & folds, shaping, scoring, and baking — all in one class, with me there to guide you through every step.

You’ll leave with the knowledge, confidence, and hands-on experience to continue making sourdough at home.

WE DID IT. 🥹🥖

For weeks we’ve been counting down the days until we could finally share this…

✨ The Rustic Oven is officially on the shelves at Charlie's County Market! ✨

To some, it’s just bread on a shelf.

To us… it’s thousands of early mornings, late nights, flour-covered clothes, missed weekends, endless learning, and a dream that started with one loaf.

Walking into our hometown grocery store and seeing OUR bread sitting on the shelf is something I’ll never forget.

If you’re shopping at Charlie’s, head to the deli department and look for us on the top shelf of one of the bakery racks. Every loaf is baked fresh by our small team right here in Shawano County.

BIG things are happening… 👀

This has been one of our biggest goals since we expanded The Rustic Oven, and tomorrow it’s finally becoming reality.

Our very first delivery is headed to a brand new location tomorrow afternoon… and we couldn’t be more excited. 🤍

We’re keeping the secret just a little bit longer, but if you’ve been hoping for an easier way to grab our sourdough, you might be very happy.
