Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there today💛

This bakery started in my mom’s farmhouse kitchen back in 2023, and honestly, The Rustic Oven wouldn’t exist without her support.

From helping me get through long production days, to making deliveries, answering phone calls when things get stressful, and believing in this business from the very beginning — she’s been a huge part of every stage of growth.

Building this bakery has taken a village, and I’m incredibly grateful for mine!

Help keep daily operations organized and running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:
• Managing emails and customer communication
• Creating product labels and menus
• Filing production logs and ingredient receiving records
• Updating our website and internal systems
• Organizing invoices and wholesale orders

Ideal Candidate:
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic office systems

Part-Time/Full-Time • 35–40 Hours/Week

Support sourdough and pastry production in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
• Shaping dough
• Ingredient scaling and production prep
• Assisting with simple pastries and daily kitchen tasks
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Ideal Candidate:
• Reliable, hardworking, and efficient
• Comfortable working on their feet
• Bakery or kitchen experience is a plus, but willingness to learn matters most
