This one was extra special. 🌸💗

Not only did I have the honor of creating this beautiful baby shower cake for sweet Millie Jean, but she’s also going to be my great-niece. And honestly, I’m still trying to figure out how I’m old enough for that title! 😊

As I worked on each detail—the delicate lace, soft ruffles, vintage florals, and fresh blooms—I couldn’t help but think about the joy this little girl is already bringing to our family. After the loss of my mother-in-law last year, we’ve all felt the weight of missing someone we loved so dearly. The anticipation of welcoming Millie Jean has given us something precious to look forward to and reminded us that even in seasons of loss, new blessings continue to bloom.

We are already counting down the days until we get to meet this sweet little girl. 💕🎀
