First fall treat of the year! Caramel Apple Pie Cinnamon Sugar Cookies! 😋😍🍎

I saw someone make apple pie cookies and made my own twist on it and oh my goodness are they they best fall treat I’ve ever had! Soo good and easy to make!

Ingredients

▢ 2 large apples chopped small
▢ caramel sauce
▢ cinnamon sugar for apples to sit in 30 mins+ and rolling cookie dough in
▢ 2½ cups (318 grams) all-purpose flour
▢ 2 teaspoons baking powder
▢ 3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
▢ 2 sticks (226 grams) unsalted butter, at cool room temperature
▢ 1¼ cups (250 grams) granulated sugar
▢ 1 large egg plus 1 egg yolk
▢ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Made some Chocolate covered treats! Can’t wait to eat them at Church for Young Adult’s (I’m always bringing something yummy😋).
I had so much fun, should I make these and sell them? If I did would you buy some?
Inside each box there’s milk are different treats covered in Milk and White chocolate (some even have some freeze dried raspberries for a tartness). There are strawberries, pretzel sticks, Oreos and animal crackers! All super yummy!
