Welcome to The Pink Frosting Cakery! We are a mother-daughter duo that got started playing around in the kitchen with cookies. People loved them and started asking us to make them for parties and such. That eventually led to people asking for cakes too, and we just kind of started trying anything we were asked to do, learning as we went along! We are currently a home-based bakery, looking to hopef

Home made Shortcake

My grandson will be traveling to Italy and Greece in 2025 for and educational school trip. As you can imagine this is very costly. I am trying to help him with expenses by offering various baked goods from now until his trip. Since we are still having warm weather the first item I will be offering is shortcakes for strawberry shortcake. This is also great with any other kind of berry. It is a soft biscuity cake with sugar streusel that bakes into the top of the cake giving it an extra sweetness you will crave.
Orders will be accepted until September 27 and will be available for pickup on October 4th.
