Today I finally tried a recipe I've been wanting to do: Pumpkin Snickerdoodles. They are only about 2 1/4" but pack a lot of flavors! Slightly crispy, chewy, with pumpkin and cinnamon sugar. A few of these with a hot cup of tea is such a delight! Not sure if they will end up on my menu - maybe! A nice change from your average snickerdoodle :)
