I’ve got two NEW treats on the menu this week, and I’m pretty excited about both of them!

🎃 Pumpkin Cheesecake Muffins
A soft, warmly spiced pumpkin muffin filled with creamy cheesecake filling and finished with a crunchy cinnamon sugar topping. Basically, all the best parts of fall in one muffin.

🍪 Vegan & Gluten-Friendly Oatmeal Cream Pies
Soft, chewy oatmeal cookies sandwiched around a sweet, creamy filling. And yes, they’re both vegan AND gluten-friendly! They’re so good, you might forget they’re either.

Of course, you’ll also find some of your Gentle Bake Shoppe favorites on the menu.

Biscoff Mousse Cake!

This one made its debut at a recent family gathering and was a HUGE hit! It starts with a delicate Biscoff cookie sponge, layered with luscious Biscoff and vanilla mousse, then finished with even more caramelized Biscoff goodness.

If you’re a Biscoff fan, this one is definitely for you!

Fresh delivery at Coterie Lounge & Cafe!

I stopped by today with a restock of some Gentle Bake Shoppe favorites, plus a NEW gluten-friendly treat!

NEW! GF/Vegan Banana Bread, moist, tender and packed with ripe banana flavor!

And they're back… my soft, pillow-y Cinnamon Rolls!

These cinnamon rolls took me months to perfect. I wanted them to be incredibly soft, fluffy and tender. The kind of cinnamon roll you can't help but go back for. And I'm finally happy to say… I LOVE these!

They're not gluten-friendly, but if you can enjoy gluten, PLEASE try one. Seriously.

Menu drop! New this week is an easy vegan pancake mix! Just add your favorite plant milk, vegan butter and apple cider vinegar or lemon juice. Pour, flip, eat! Choose original or cinnamon roll flavor in regular OR Gluten Friendly! They both cook up light, fluffy and with the right amount of chew. And yes, this works in your waffle iron as well :)

Just made my delivery to Black Squirrel Cafe! They will open at 9 am today after having been closed yesterday due to the power outage. They are hustling to get things ready to serve you the best coffee and food. Show them some love and stop by today!

I’ll be there when they open, bringing a fresh batch of Gentle Bake Shoppe favorites!

Here’s what will be hitting the pastry case:

Classic Cinnamon Rolls
Soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls finished with a buttery glaze. The kind of breakfast treat that pairs perfectly with your morning coffee.

Orange Cranberry Bread
Made with freshly squeezed orange juice AND orange zest baked right into the bread, then finished with an orange glaze. Bright, citrusy and just the right amount of sweet!

Banana Bread
Moist, tender and loaded with ripe bananas. Honestly… better than most non-vegan banana breads.

Cinnamon Apple Crunch Muffins
Freshly diced apples tucked into a tender cinnamon muffin and topped with a homemade cinnamon crunch topping. Cozy in muffin form!

Chocolate Chip Muffins
Soft, tender muffins studded with chocolate chips and finished with that irresistible sugary crackle top.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
Loaded with dark chocolate + semi-sweet chocolate, then finished with a light sprinkle of flaky salt. Chewy in the center, crisp around the edges and everything we crave in a chocolate chip cookie.
