WhoHoo - 4th attempt..and finally a beautiful pink Strawberry White Chocolate loaf has been baked.

This has been a labor of love and I couldn't be more happy with the results.

Trial and error is a lot of what I do when I am trying out new methods, Ingredients and recipes. They don't all work out as I planned.

But

Every failure is a opportunity to learn...and often but not always, even if they look bad, they still taste good.

For the record, this one tastes as food as it looks!

First ever pink loaf!

When I'm not baking orders, I am trialing out new recipes and ideas. This has beet powder for a beautiful pink color.

Fingers crossed, when we cut this open, we have a beautiful pink loaf filled with Strawberries and White chocolate pieces.

I will update once we can cut it open.
