I'm thinking about adding TWO new seasonal sourdough loaves to the Labor Day Pop-Up at Tommy K’s… 🍂

🎃 Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Artisan Sourdough

Both made with our classic sourdough recipe + real pumpkin purée — these are NOT quick breads! We're talking naturally fermented, artisan sourdough with a fall twist. 🍂

And because Labor Day is the perfect little transition into fall, I'm wondering…

🥯 Back-to-School Bagel Special 🥯

Okay… apparently I can't go two weeks without baking.

So while I'm technically taking a little break from the bakery, I decided I needed to sneak in a Back-to-School Bagel Special!

Because school is back, mornings are busy, and having a freezer full of homemade sourdough bagels sounds like a pretty good idea. 📚🎒

It’s crazy to think that this brown butter sourdough chocolate chip cookie started back then… and now it’s a customer favorite! 💚

And the best part? It’s officially been added to the shop and will be available for September preorder! 🎉

Skokorat Sourdough was just included on a statewide “worth the drive” list of 10 Connecticut bakeries serving sourdough bread!

To be included alongside so many other talented Connecticut bakers is such an honor. 💚

One of my favorite fall loaves is making its return, and the September pre-order menu is OPEN! 💚

Tart cranberries + toasted walnuts folded into our naturally leavened sourdough — the perfect combination of sweet, nutty, and just a little tangy.
