I am a one-woman baking machine that specialzes in custom decorated cookies, drop cookies, cookie cakes, cinnamon rolls, & other small treats. McKinney, and I am a self-taught cookie artist and baker. I started decorating cookies back in 2015 after watching a YouTube video and decided to give it a try, and I was hooked! mpetitive softball growing up), absolutely in love with my husband of 15+ years, and mom to 2 active boys. I have been known to jump off a few bridges and mountains into the water for fun, and like to dress a little girly sometimes. I love the beach, but the mountains are my home. I am not a storefront bakery, but a home-based bakery operating under Tennessee’s Cottage Laws. I am just one woman baking, decorating, and running everything behind the scenes. Although I do love to bake and decorate cookies, cookies are only a hobby at this point, and I do work a “normal” job during the day on M-F. ALLERGEN WARNING: My kitchen is not an allergy-friendly kitchen and I cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur in y kitchen. I currently do not offer gluten-free, egg-free, or dairy-free. Please, be advised that my standard sugar cookies do contain the following known allergies: nuts, dairy, wheat, and egg. ORDERING: While I do take a lot of orders, I try my best to accommodate last-minute orders. To ensure that your order is booked, for orders of 48 (4 dozen) and under, I recommend placing your ordering at least 14 days (2 weeks) before your event/party, and for orders of 60 (5 dozen) or more, I recommend placing your order at least 1-2 months before your event/party. If you wait until the week of or a few days before your party/event, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to fit your order into my baking schedule. As mentioned above, due to my “normal” M-F job and toting around 2 active boys, I must plan and schedule my baking and decorating around my family's schedule and "normal" job schedule. CUSTOM COOKIES
3 main factors go into pricing custom cookies, (1) cookie size, (2) cookie design (number of steps/process required, details, elements, colors, etc.), and (3) number of cookies. Pricing is per dozen, and I do try my best to accommodate all budgets. My current base prices for custom cookies are as follows:
Mini (1"-1.5") $21 per dozen
Small (2”-2.5”) $33 per dozen
Standard/Medium (3”-3.5”) $45 per dozen
Large (4”+) $57 per dozen
COOKIE CAKES
My current prices for cookie cakes are as follows:
12" circle (feeds up to 16/18 people) $45
17" rectangle (feeds up to 30-32 people) $65
DELIVERY: Due to my “normal” job, I currently cannot make any daytime (8:00am-3:00pm) deliveries M-F. Due to an increase in ordering and to be able to still work on other orders, at this time my current delivery locations are Boyd's Creek Elementary School (Sevierville, TN) or the Dollar General off Boyd's Creek Hwy. PACKAGING: All cookies will be individually packaged and heat-sealed (this ensures) and placed in a cookie box on top of crinkled paper. The box is beautifully decorated with baking twine, a bright yellow bow and sunflower to hopefully make you smile, cookie care instructions and a sweet Thank You! SHIPPING: Want to send delicious custom cookies to someone? Although I currently do not offer full shipping services (working on it), I do offer the specialty packing of "Shipment Ready" for an additional $6 for every 1 dozen shipped. What is "Shipment Ready"? Each cookie is individually packaged in a cello bag and heat-sealed. Then 1-2 cookies are packaged in a bubble envelope. The cookies are then gently placed in a bakery box (no window) and then cushioned with paper shreds and covered with decorative tissue paper. The Bakery box is then placed in a shipping box that is cushioned with packing peanuts.
