Get to Know Me

Hi! My name is Jessica, and I’m a 23 year old cottage baker based in Tennessee.

Thanks to Tennessee’s Cottage Food Law, I’m able to bake fresh breads, pastries, cookies, and other homemade treats right from my home kitchen for you and your family to enjoy. Baking has always been a passion of mine, and I knew from an early age that it was something I wanted to pursue. To build on that passion, I took Culinary Arts in high school, and today I’m proud to have turned that dream into my own bakery.

Every order is made with care, quality ingredients, and plenty of love. I understand that everyone’s needs are different, so I’m happy to accommodate dietary requests whenever possible, including gluten-free options and other special requests.

I offer a growing variety of homemade baked goods, including cookies, cinnamon rolls, flavored cinnamon rolls, sandwich bread, sourdough bread, and more. As my bakery continues to grow, I hope to expand my menu with cakes, cupcakes, muffins, and many other delicious treats.

One of my favorite things about owning a bakery is bringing your ideas to life. If there’s something you’d love to have that’s not currently on my menu, I’d be happy to discuss a custom order. Just send me a photo or inspiration picture, and we can talk about pricing and the details together.

I also love being part of special occasions! Whether you’re planning a birthday party, baby shower, graduation, football event, band event, business meeting, holiday gathering, or another celebration, I’d love the opportunity to help make it even sweeter. I currently offer pickup, delivery or even meet up within the areas of Seymour, Knoxville, Maryville and Sevierville/Pigeon Forge!
