How cool is this?! A T1D mama shared this with me this morning after giving her daughter a gluten free/sugar free cookie! Levels on point! 👏🏻👏🏻

This was my goal with these all along; I wanted people with T1D, a gluten allergy, or people just trying to make better eating habits for themselves to still indulge in a treat without suffering the consequences! I can’t even put into words how happy this makes me! ❤️❤️

Also… is there any better way to start your weekend than a cookie for breakfast? 🤪👏🏻 I give this mama 5 ⭐️.

It’s been a busy day in the kitchen! My brothers girlfriend, Elena, is going to start sharing some sweet treats on my page! We love to bake together! She has perfected the art of the macaroon and let me tell you, they are to die for!!! She has 5 boxes for sale today for $10 each!!
