Who's been missing KCCB breads and goodies?

Working on getting a bake schedule settled into my regular work schedule.

These are softer inside and a little more mild. I also changed up how they are baked which gets me a more evenly browned exterior and keeps the bread nice and soft.

Check out these freshly baked loaves. KCCB's classic white sourdough and KCCB's signature country loaf sourdough.

Also thinking about moving off of hotplate and using Google forms for orders and keeping cash/venmo/PayPal options for payment methods.

Check out the texture on this Toffee Crunch Banana Bread!

My original buttermilk banana bread is loaded with toffee pieces and topped with a crunchy combo of oats, pecans, and toffee.

This flavor is newer to my menu and nested under Banana Bread. ❤️

January's featured loaf: Marble.

A soft, moist marble loaf with beautifully swirled vanilla and chocolate batters. Made with real buttermilk and pure vanilla, the vanilla cake is light and fragrant, while the chocolate swirl features rich Dutch-process cocoa with a hint of espresso to deepen the flavor. Balanced, tender, and not overly sweet—perfect for slicing and sharing.

Introducing my Everyday Sourdough Loaf. A soft-crumb, milk-enriched sourdough made for everyday slicing.

This is a 9x5 loaf with a soft, tender, crumb and gently crisped crust. Made with milk for richness and a touch of honey for balance. This bread has a very soft tang, much more mild than regular sourdough.
