Hi sweet friends,

I wanted to share a little bit about what’s been going on behind the scenes. My mama was recently diagnosed with AML (acute myeloid leukemia), and we have stepped into a season none of us expected. She has begun treatment, and we are taking it one day at a time — trusting God, staying hopeful, and leaning on each other through every high and low.

If you’ve ever come to one of my events, chances are you’ve seen her. My mom is my biggest supporter. She’s always there — helping set up, cheering me on, talking to customers, loving on everyone she meets. She has the biggest heart, and truly, to know her is to love her. Sweet Harts wouldn’t be what it is without her encouragement behind the scenes.

Right now, my heart and my place are beside her.

Because of that, I will be taking a pause on baking for a little while so I can fully be present with my mama and my family as we navigate this new journey together. Some days are strong, some days are heavy — and I want to be there for all of them.

Sweet Harts Bakeshop has always been built on love, family, and faith. Those same values are guiding me right now.

Many of you have reached out asking how you can help. My siblings and I have set up a GoFundMe to help ease some of the financial burden during her treatment. I will share the link below for anyone who feels led to give, pray, or simply share.

Thank you for the constant support, prayers, messages, and kindness you’ve shown. It means more than you know. This isn’t goodbye — just a pause. And when I’m back in the kitchen, it will be with even more gratitude in my heart.

✨ A Little Update from Sweet Hart’s Bakeshop ✨

We’re taking a short pause from pop-up events and weekly orders for just a little while as we shift how we’ve been working behind the scenes. 💕

Custom orders are NOT changing — I still have limited availability and am absolutely taking orders if you need to get on the calendar.

There’s something BIG in the works for Sweet Hart’s, and while I can’t share all the details just yet, I’d truly appreciate your prayers and continued support during this exciting transition.
