Lisa’s Cakepops is retiring on June 15th! After 10 years making cake custom cake pops, I will be retiring the storefront location of Lisa’s Cakepops in Severna Park and relocating to Florida to be with family. What a wonderful and beautiful journey this has been and you have all been a part of it. I started this business as LS Chocolates, and what would eventually become Lisa’s Cakepops, out of my home kitchen in 2013 in Danville, California. To my California friends, I cannot ever thank you enough for your encouragement and support of my dream of starting a business making cake pops. Thank you for trying my crazy recipes and for your honest feedbck. After relocating to Maryland in 2015, it was here that a cake pop shop came to fruition and Lisa’s Cakepops was officially born. It has been an honor, hopefully, to have made your occasions sweeter, extra special and delicious. We have also developed a line of cake pop decorating kits that we will continue to offer and shop as soon as we settle into our new home and I will keep you posted. I am forever indebted to Liz League and the Greater Severna Park and Arnold Chamber of Commerce for your unabated support and friendship, Linda Zahn, and form CEO of the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce, Shelby Shelby Lawley McNamara. You were all instrumental in my development and the forward movement of Lisa’s Cakepops. We will still be taking orders through the 15th of June and then please joint us on Friday, June 16th, for cake pops and celebration!
