Made a cake for the best person in the world! Siena Schroeder is a one in a million person and I’m honored to have her in my life. Had the privilege to make her a Chantilly cake.

This weekends project took me back to the 20’s. When feathers in your hair was a thing. The is here! Definitely had fun making this cake. It’s been since summer that I’ve invested this much time into a cake. Definitely not mad. This is my favorite past time.

Meet me! The creator behind the art. I’ve never done this but thought I’d try with the great shots I got with my recent project. Hi, I’m Cristina or Tina for most. I’ve been making cakes since 2008. I wish I went to school for it but I’m self taught. Which in my mind is even better. I absolutely love what I do and the biggest reason is the reaction to the finished product. The joy and love felt by the people who receive my art is what keeps me going. I love being creative and who would have thought it would be with food! I put so much into these creations. Thank you for supporting me in anyway. It means a lot knowing I’m doing a great job.
