When an amazing woman is getting ready for the ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of their funeral homeā€™s beautiful new location and you are trusted with the task of making a perfect cake for the occasion to include some of her favorite things, you go all out!

Wagner-Elfner and Burg Funeral Home & Cremation Services, CONGRATULATIONS on your GORGEOUS new location.

This cake was a pink and black marbled cake with vanilla bean buttercream and a marshmallow fondant overlay. Even the open part of the casket is CAKE!

A lot of people had questions on how I ā€œmade it workā€, so I have also attached some photos that illustrate how the cake was supported and how you would go about serving it!

Need some last minute sweets for your Memorial Day get together? We have some specialty cupcakes up for grabs!!

We have the following:

11- Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup: chocolate cake frosted with peanut butter buttercream frosting and topped with peanut butter cups and a dark chocolate drizzle.

14- Salted Caramel Kiss: yellow cake frosted with salted caramel buttercream and topped with a caramel drizzle and sprinkle of sea salt.

Mix and match however you would like.

Dozen: $44
