Next up on our tour: EVANS BROTHERS COFFEE ROASTERS in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Sandpoint is a bit of a vortex, like Sequim. If you’re in Idaho, passing through, or just up for an adventure… add them to your itinerary. You may end up staying longer like we did, and you’ll feel right at home.
They’re killing it in their roastery and cafe. I met some of my new favorite people and got to try new coffee that I’m obsessed with (hello, Costa Rica Perla Negra, I about cried it is so good.) Seeing their roasting space was like being in my own shop; we even have matching Giesens.
Hanging to chat with Dan, one of their roasters, was a day-maker for me. Their coffee is sourced and roasted with care. Their staff is truly phenomenal. Kiddos will be hooked on their hot chocolate and coffee cake. You’ll be hooked on, well, everything they make. What a joy. Make your way there and support them when you can 🤎
