We had a bit of excitement in the bakery this morning. Our oven wall unit malfunctioned and we had to call the Seneca Fire Department! Their response time was immediate! The police arrived quickly as well! They made an extremely scary situation better quickly. Thank you to each and one of the men who arrived to help! Joe Mitchell came quickly as well to fix the unit so we can manage the coming busy weeks ahead.
