Cakes by CoCo is inspired by Phyllis Madlyn Greene. She is the reason I am so talented in the craft of baking. She was an excellent cook who shared manyb recipes with the people she loved. Baking was one of her favorite things to do and she always did it with a smile. She has been such a great mentor to many and I am a imitation of her great works although she taught me very well there will never

be anything better to "Me" than one of her warm cakes. She passed away August 4, 2014 and this is a way to keep her memory alive. I thank you all for your support current and future customers. Courtney Holland #2016
