💗 Just wanted to hop on here and let everyone know that I do, 100%, follow any and all cottage baking laws in MO! I also have my LLC for this business.

I treat this as a business and will follow the laws.

I’m sorry you bought a product from another “cottage law baker” that had fresh fruit & real cream cheese icing. Because that’s not legal for me and I won’t be selling that to you. I will replicate an icing using cream cheese emulsion and it will taste almost just as good, be shelf stable, and follow all the laws I need to follow here in MO though! I’ve been working real hard on getting all the proper labels, packaging, and everything ready to go! The cooler I have coming is ONLY so things won’t be super melty due to the extremely hot weather- not for products that NEED to be cold.

Whew. Spent my bake days cleaning the entire house and feeling very good about it!

I’ve had several people ask about my porch stand and when it would be open.

It’s been sooooo hot and I’m afraid everything will melt. Sooo I’m getting a cooler for now and will post as soon as it arrives and I’m ready!
