Hi and welcome to my sweet corner of the world! I’m the proud owner of Baking Me Happy Cottage Bakery, where I create homemade treats made with love, care, and a passion for bringing joy through baking.
By profession, I work full-time in healthcare at Cypress Healthcare, where I serve in multiple roles across rehab and dietary services. My experience includes working in rehabilitation, dietary supervision, activities direction, and as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Caring for others has always been at the heart of everything I do—whether in healthcare or in the kitchen.
Baking has become my creative outlet and my way of spreading happiness beyond the workplace. Every cake, cookie, and dessert from my cottage bakery is made to feel like home—warm, comforting, and made just for you.
