This gluten free, vegan friendly dark chocolate cake is filled with fresh raspberry, and coated with a vanilla bean frosting.

How is everyones SUMMER?? I'm still hanging in here awaiting my new home to open up for cakes again. I have NOT forgotten everyone here and still have coupons out there that I fully intend to honor. The housing market is still so tough. So we are STILL searching. Just wanted to touch base with everyone to give an update! Miss everyone!

January hopefully will bring good luck as we start our home search. We were told 5 months ago to wait til January to get a better home loan quote. So send us good luck wishes so we can get moved and I can open business again!! :)

Still not able to do cakes or large orders of cupcakes, but I did three dozen for a friends daughter. Never done succulents before but I think they turned out nice. :)
