Did you know that honey is so good for you?
Have a few smaller containers of the flavored ones left. Only have a few jars left
Cinnamon
Lavender
1- hot honey
Soon they will be put into the bigger jars.

I have Michigan raw honey available
8oz jars and 16oz jars
So with winter coming be prepared for cough & cold season
I also have one called fire honey. It has ingredients to help with inflammation, sore throats, mix in with your tea or just warm water and drink throughout the winter months.

Five Key Benefits of Honey

Rich in Antioxidants: Honey contains plant chemicals called phenols and flavonoids that protect your cells from damage caused by free radicals.

Soothes Coughs and Sore Throats: Honey coats the throat and helps suppress coughing as effectively as some over-the-counter cough medications for children and adults. Medical organizations often recommend a small spoonful for temporary relief.

Supports Wound and Burn Healing: Specialized, medical-grade honey applied to the skin provides antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that speed up tissue recovery. You should never use regular kitchen honey on open wounds or burns.

Improves Heart Health: Daily intake of honey may help support cardiovascular health by lowering blood pressure, regulating heartbeats, and improving blood fat levels. It can also help reduce unhealthy triglyceride and LDL cholesterol numbers.

Better Blood Sugar Regulation Than Sugar: Honey has a lower glycemic index than refined white sugar, meaning it produces a slower, less severe blood sugar spike. It may also increase adiponectin, a hormone that reduces inflammation and helps manage blood sugar.
