A centenarian deserves a spectacular fireworks display on their special day. Custom-designed three-tier cake comprising two tiers of moist chocolate cake with chocolate filling and one tier of tiramisu, carefully crafted to honor the birthday girl's favorite dessert.

Also saw my sweet former neighbors from Paradise Florist and Gifts LLC today as they were delivering their gorgeous flowers for the 100th Birthday surprise party!

Holy cannoli, Cannon's turning 5! Where did the years go, did they get eaten like a bowl of pasta? 5 years old and already globe-trotting, this little meatball spent some time in Italy and now wants to relive the pasta la vista.

The top tier's got a linguini and clams party, one of his fave meals, duh! The cake's carved into a bowl, because who needs plates when you're in Italy? It's chillin' on a red checkered tablecloth with some real-deal Italian rainbow cookies, no big deal. The bottom tier's a dark chocolate sponge cake extravaganza, with edible pics of Italy wrapped around it like a gelato-covered dream, sitting pretty on a cobblestone road. Fondant cannoli and a fondant Vespa replica that's just begging to hit the road, all set for the next adventure.

Imagine cruising across the state on highway 60, a beautiful Florida day, minding your business and just beebopping it along when suddenly those red & blues start flashing & you realize you’ve been speeding for who knows how long. Oops! 😅

But you have a secret weapon! You had just come from your favorite little sweet shop (Ellen’s) and had a car full of baked goods. Besides the baked goods, there was also a little 4 oz round of deliciousness (aka secret weapon) with roasted pecans & walnuts, salted caramel and chocolate fudge called a turtle.

Well…. Mr Smokey, Mr Trooper, Mr Black & Tan is about to have his day made & you discover that was the best $6.50 purchase you’ve made in awhile. Mr Smokey loves Vero, loves treats made in Vero, loves fudge turtles and thinks that little blond pixie driving that little white sports car is just too cute & sweet & lets her off with a warning after handing over that secret weapon. 😂 Obey the speed limit or carry a stash of my treats in a cooler just in case. $6.50 spent or $250 saved. Girl math says that’s $250 saved.

Warmest congratulations on your 65th birthday. This bespoke chocolate cake features layers of rich dark chocolate, adorned with whipped chocolate ganache frosting, Belgian chocolate-covered rice crispies cereal, chocolate fudge drizzle, and finished with a delicate layer of blue Swiss meringue frosting. The design showcases a fondant hand painted Mahi breaching the water's surface in pursuit of its prey, the flying fish, amidst crashing waves.

Happy 75th Birthday, Ken! For Ken’s birthday cake he chose a double barrel chocolate & vanilla sponge cake, filled with cherries & stabilized whipped cream. Then frosted in a thin layer of Swiss Meringue buttercream and topped off with a delicious deep dark cherry reduction drizzled down the sides.
