I prefer baking cupcakes, but have to say, baking two cakes the last couple of days was fun. I made the roses ahead of time and froze them to save a little time! The colors yellow and lavender were requested from the customer. The cake is half chocolate and half vanilla with Almond Buttercream.

Someone brought delicious lemon biscotti to our art club the other day...so I tried out some today! Mine are almond with white chocolate chips and pecans then dipped in dark chocolate . Got the chocolate a little thin, but so much fun to do and tasty! Thanks Tony!

It's been a while since I posted! Getting ready for the beautiful Lagoon Art Show at the Sebastian River Art Club this Saturday and Sunday. Made some Lucious Lemon Cupcakes and Chocolate Lollipops with our art club initials "SRAC" and the word ART... come join us and enjoy some fabulous art! I hear the cupcakes are pretty good too!! LOL
