We make our standard crust with grass-fed butter and organic flour and our filling with local produce and natural sweeteners. We also constantly c

Think: chewy, rich, yeasted dough filled with browned butter, brown sugar and cinnamon, then topped with lemon cream cheese frosting!

We bake-off a very limited quantity per day so come early to snag one!!

Bake and serve the best pies in Seattle! We are currently looking for an amazing team member who can work the closing shifts on Fridays (1:30pm-9:30pm), Saturdays (1:30pm-9:30pm), and Sundays (11am-7pm).
