We have been having fun trying out new custard tart flavors, including Pink Guava, Passion Fruit, Blood Orange, Mango, and Peach. The reactions so far have been extraordinary!

Just got back from a long-awaited trip to Porto with my girls! 🇵🇹✨ Watching them soak up all the time with avós and cousins, stuffing their faces with rissóis (maybe a new menu item soon?? 😉) and finally getting avó’s arroz de cabidela that we’ve been missing like crazy fills my heart in ways I can’t even describe. Plus, I got those rare quiet moments to just breathe and reflect on this wild, beautiful year Nata Seattle has given us. 💛
I know I missed a few markets (sorry!) but we’re BACK and I’m buzzing with excitement for what’s coming in 2026. Get ready! ✨💪🏼

We wanted to do something small but meaningful this holiday season. 🎄✨
This week we’re bringing 350 pastéis de nata to YWCA South Lake Union, Salvation Army William Booth Center, Nickelsville Northlake Tiny House Village and The Inn Enhanced Shelter.
Everyone deserves a moment of sweetness and a small treat, especially right now. 💛

The meaning of these holidays as an immigrant can be rather subjective. However, after working tirelessly from May to November without a single day off, I am deeply thankful for the time to spend these Thanksgiving days in Portland and the Oregon coast with my family, just hanging out with the girls, eating well and sleeping plenty.

As for the markets, I’ll be there this Sunday at the Ballard farmers market and at the / showing gratitude for the opportunities this year has brought to me and to my crazy baking adventure. Gratitude for everyone who contributed to bring me where I am, and for my loyal customers who keep coming and sharing their love for my craft. Happy Thanksgiving and much love to you all!
