We will be the only ice cream shop in King County certified as a creamery. We took this extra combersome step so that we can have full control o

f what to put in, and what not to put in to our ice cream. We will be making everything from scratch from as much fresh produce and dairy as we can. We promise to search for the best ingredients, local first and organic second. I'm not promising we will be perfect, but I can promise we will try our best in the product we serve as well as the service we provide so that we deliver lasting relationships and inspire happiness with every creation.

At Alchemy Ice Creamery we’ve been dreaming of serving our ice cream in ways beyond just a scoop. The dream started with this dessert the Mad Tea Party. Matcha chiffon cake, Lindon Fog ice cream, Lavender Shortbread, Cucumber Dill Geleé, and Raspberry Yuzu compote.
