This week I am making two kinds of trail and some granola.
For a healthyish sweet treat I have a satisfyingly sticky honey roasted mix with almonds, peanuts, dark chocolate chips and raisins.
I also have a more savory mix with roasted and lightly salted almonds, peanuts, pistachios, walnuts, sunflower seeds and dried fruits.
The granola is honey toasted with almonds. A great yogurt topping or just eaten as cereal.
