It's been a long while since I've posted on here. Lots has happened since I closed the business in 2019. For the past three months, I have been preparing for our relaunch. Folks have asked when will Bessie's Cakes open up. That's been a great question. I will be making an announcement in 3 weeks! In the meantime, let me reintroduce you yo Sunshine! She's a 3-layer lemon cake with lemon cream cheese frosting! Sunshine will be on the main menu to come. Stay tuned!
