Whew, it has been a looong minute since the last time I posted! I'm still here, occasionally baking when someone has an order. Just need to remember to post pictures. Need cake or something sweet for an event, gathering, or just because? I will happily make whatever you need (minus fondant...)

My sweet nephew turned 13!! He is a RWBY fanatic, so of course I had to make a RWBY cake.

1/4 sheet chocolate cake, raspberry filling, Italian Merengue Buttercream. I also made 20 gluten free, sugar free, artificial-additives free lemon cupcakes with a vanilla marscapone whip cream frosting.

Both were super yummy & enjoyed by all in attendance.

These turned out awesome. Poker themed cookies for a guys birthday party. Birthday guy's favorite dessert? German chocolate! His awesome wife wanted something different than cake. So she chose to stick with the cookie theme & went with gluten-free German Chocolate cookies! Ooh man, were these delicious!!! Yummm!

This cake was such a wonderful surprise! Birthday guy, his mom was out of town, but really wanted to ensure he was celebrated. So after choir practice, this cake, balloons & a card were brought out, "Happy Birthday" was sung, every one enjoyed cake & he got to bring left overs home. What more could a guy ask for.

Quarter sheet chocolate cake, chunky strawberry filling & American buttercream frosting.

All The Pretty Flowers!

Ooh, I loved this cake from April 2018. This was my first full sheet cake order. The customer wanted Spring flowers for a Ladies Tea being held at church. I ended up doing mostly roses. This ended up working out beautifully because once it was delivered, thank you Jon & Tony, I find out the table was decorated with these gorgeous pink rose table runners. So the cake with roses matched the decor!! Woohoo!!

Full Sheet cake, vanilla cake, chunky strawberry filling, American Buttercream frosting. Feeds 96-192 depending on cake slice size.
