Just visited my favorite bakery in Baia-Mare, Romania, Bizo, where I get constantly inspired, please check them out and tell me what inspires YOU?
Will endeavor to bake some yummy Romanian delicacies when we get back.

First day back in Romania, simply gorgeous day, all the trees in fruit . Feeling very blessed

Today together with my wonderful wife and daughter we take a long overdue trip back to the homeland to visit in-laws and see old friends. We will visit Romania and the UK and be away for a little over 3 weeks, however Amandine will still be open for the duration, with all your favorite treats. We have spent an exhausting few weeks making sure the coolers are filled with an extra large selection of scratch made savories, Steak and Ale, Chicken and Mushroom, Cheese and Onion Family sized Pies. Home made Irish cottage pies cooked in real Guinness, Russell's Yummy 2 meat Lasagna, all make your dinner options simple. So please come support Max, Anna and Abby, with special guest appearances from Paige and Max's Mum !!!!

And remember even though like everyone else our food costs have gone through the roof our prices at Amandine have remained the same.
So please stop in and say high.
