Testing out a new mini charcuterie! This one is called The Ginger and it's filled with pepperoni, Chinese Sausage, sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, sugar snap peas, grapes, and assorted crackers - served with a creamy ginger dip and a sweet scoop of edible cookie dough. We will have a few of these plus the Rancher in the cooler today!
