The story behind the name:
"Daddy didn't take us to ball games or to the the movies. He took us hiking on the trails of Rock Bridge State Park. He didn't teach us the names of athletes or movie stars but he taught us the name of every midwestern wildflower we could scamper across:

Our Spring Potato & Egg Salad is layered with crispy roasted new potatoes, jammy eggs, Castelvetrano olives, pickled red onion, shaved parmesan, fresh parsley, lemon-herb breadcrumbs, and a warm prosciutto vinaigrette over spring greens.
