Making my own wedding cake might have added just a bit of stress to my wedding day but I’m so glad I did it. ❤️😁

The flavors were carrot cake with cream cheese filling and chopped sugared pecans, chocolate cake with a dark chocolate ganache and a peanut butter mousse and chopped honey roasted peanuts, and the bottom tier was white chocolate with a raspberry filling.

When you are a baker and you are having an engagement party of course you make your own sweets! These are mini tiramisu cups with chocolate covered espresso beans and white chocolate panna cotta with a champagne infused mixed berry sauce. Plus carrot cake cupcakes and chocolate cupcakes. 🥂🥰
