I sometimes get order around 11PM and hardly have enough starter for those orders on prep day. Starter is fed at 9pm for prep day the following day. Pre orders help me gadge how much to feed my starter.

Come celebrate the Katy Heritage society & The Dryer which is a part of Katy's long history and connection to providing rice for the Houston area prior to its development of the Katy we k ow and love today.

All proceeds from train rides next saturday theb6th will be for the fundraiser.

I haa 24 Artisan and 12 Sandwich loaves.

Looks like ill have to bring more next week!
