Expansion Happening 👀

Half Way Baked.

Our plan from day one was always to expand Seaford. More days, more food, more everything.

But life had a different kind of expansion in mind. 💙

After many years of never expecting this chapter for ourselves, we recently learned that our family is growing.

And because some opportunities only come once in a lifetime, we’ve chosen to step back a little and make room for this new season.

As much as we love growing businesses, nothing feels more important right now than growing our family.

So while this location won’t be expanding under us, we are excited to see it continue under the new ownership of Nick & Diana

If we were able to make it work opening just one day a week, I can only imagine what can be done with it full-time. We are rooting for them!

Seaford, thank you for the love, the support, and for believing in us from the very beginning.

This wasn’t the expansion we planned…

But it’s definitely the one we’re most excited about. 🤍

Our very last Pop-Up Friday in Seaford is tomorrow May 29th 🩷

Today, we officially passed the keys to the new owners, and they have been gracious enough to allow us to open one last time in our Seaford location for our dear customers.

The new owner, Diana, will be there tomorrow meeting customers and learning a little bit more about our process and community. So if you would like to stop by, meet her, and even share ideas of things you would love to continue seeing in Seaford, you are more than welcome to do so.

They already have some exciting ideas of their own, so please give them some time to prepare for this transition behind the scenes. They are not expected to open immediately, as there is still a lot of work to do, but we will absolutely be there to support and help them however we can along the way.

We truly wish them nothing but success and hope Seaford supports them just as much as you all supported us throughout this journey. 🩷

And a huge thank you to Craig Aleman and Jose Quinones for helping make this transition such a smooth process.

Tomorrow will be emotional… but also very special. Thank you, Seaford, for allowing us to be part of your community.

Seaford friends… today we had the chance to meet with the potential buyers, and honestly, it was such a pleasure. 💕

Nothing is finalized yet, so we can’t share too many details at the moment, but if everything continues to go as planned, tomorrow could be some of our very last Pop-Up Fridays in Seaford… with next Friday potentially being our final one under Sweet Sister’s Fault. 🥹

One thing that made us really happy during today’s conversations is hearing how interested they are in continuing to offer some of our sweets while bringing more of their own coffee specialty into the space. So in a way… a little piece of us could still stay in Seaford, just in a new chapter. ☕️🍰

As emotional as this transition feels, it’s also exciting for us personally because it allows us to prioritize family and slowing down a little something we’ve been wanting to do!

Again, nothing is official until it’s official, so we appreciate your patience while we navigate these next steps carefully. But we did want to give our Seaford community a little heads up… just in case these really are some of our final Fridays together. 💕
