Sourdough bread is an art form, each loaf takes 24 hours to create. Order with patience. Register #217626 with the PA Department of Agriculture.

Each loaf is made with sourdough starter, King Arthur bread flour, spring water, and pink Himalayan salt.

🌾🥖 Big News for Jane Dough’s Sourdough! 🥖🌾

I’m so excited to share that Jane Dough’s Sourdough is now available at Montdale Farm Market! 🎉

Starting this Friday, you’ll be able to pick up your favorite handcrafted sourdough breads and baked goods at one of my favorite local markets. Even better, we’ll be doing tastings on Saturday, so stop by and sample some fresh sourdough goodies!

I am incredibly grateful to Montdale Farm Market for supporting local small businesses and for giving Jane Dough’s Sourdough a place on their shelves. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who has supported this little sourdough dream from the beginning. Seeing my products in local stores is something I never imagined when I started my sourdough journey!

Tonight’s the night! 🍞✨

I can’t wait to welcome everyone to my very first sourdough class. I’ve been busy baking, prepping, and putting together everything we’ll cover, and I’m so excited to share my love of sourdough with others.

This focaccia is just one of the delicious things we’ll be talking about tonight. Here’s to learning, baking, and having some fun together!
