Sourdough starter is on the kitchen island doing its thing while I'm at work....

I'll be baking some sourdough bread, 2 loaves of rye bread for delivery and trying to decide what else I'd like to make. I'm really feeling fall 🍂 and the apples 🍎 so we'll see what I come up with....I'm always open to suggestions

I made some garlic twists for the family yesterday ❤️

I fed the sourdough starter this morning so I can start on some loaves this evening....
I'm going to try my hand at baking 1/2 loafs.
Theory is that they would be the same height and width as a regular loaf but half as long....I have a few customers that don't go through a whole loaf fast enough. The other half could then be for someone else or pepped for the freezer ❄️ to enjoy later 😁

I'll post how this works out with pictures tomorrow!
