This is two pounds of European Style butter 🧈being browned for our Sourdough Oatmeal Cream Pies and Sourdough assorted cookies🍪.

This is why they are 'gourmet' and cost a little bit more than mass produced grocery store cookies.

Also, we are competing in the Sourdough Bread competition. Come and try the samples then vote for us!
