Nee-Nee's Cakes & More My name is Melanie Hatcher. I decided to start this home baking business because I love baking and decorating cakes for people. Thanks and have a great day!

I attended Bowling Green Technical College and received an Associates Degree in Food Service Technology in December 1998. While attending classes there, I helped prepare food for our instructor's catering business and helped prepare food for numerous bake sales. I also competed in the State VICA competition and received first place in baking. A few years after that, I worked for Kroger in the Bake

ry/Deli Department as one of the cake decorators. After leaving Kroger to be a stay-at-home mom to our 3 daughters, I decided to make cakes for friends and family. I hope to grow my business and serve more customers. If you have any questions or would like to place an order, you can either post on this page or send me an email.
