Leslie Anglero has been making desserts for almost 13 years, of which 7 were spent in a commercial bakery. She is passionate about both the taste and look of her desserts. While she has made desserts for friends an family on a smaller scale in the past, she is now dedicating herself to making cakes using her original recipes to the public. Our Signature cake is a very moist yellow cake that is not too dense, nor too sweet. It is made using REAL ingredients like REAL Vanilla Extract that Leslie makes herself, REAL butter, REAL eggs etc. In addition to this we can make your custom order in various flavors like, Rum, Red Velvet, Carrot, Cheesecake, etc and to this we can add many different fillings like Choc Mouse, Kalua Cream, Bavarian Cream, Fruit fillings, etc. Cakes can be made using whipped or butter cream and fondant is always home-made.
