Ran across these Christmas Cakes I made a few years ago. I think they came out so cute and I really enjoyed doing them. I would love to do them again this year. These are small one layer decorated cakes. I will do for Fall/Thanksgiving or Christmas.

A beautiful delicate balance of chocolate and vanilla flavors. 
Perfect for birthdays, weddings, or anywhere you want people to know that you love them.

Red Velvet cake with fluffy cream cheese frosting. Shown. 6” 3~layer.
A match made in heaven. Or at least somewhere in the Deep South, specifically Texas, but New York takes the credit. Contrary to popular belief, there is very little chocolate in the red velvet cake.

Last-minute Sunday cake.
This cake was a disaster in the making. And one of the best tasting chocolate cakes I’ve ever made.
Triple chocolate cake, layered with caramel and ganache and topped with more ganache and chocolate sprinkles.
This was really small for testing and I only need a few pieces for our Sunday cakes, but I think the way to go is a small loaf. The cake is really rich and chocolatey and a three-quarter inch slices is more than enough.

Cakes are made to order using only the freshest ingredients.
