Good afternoon. I hope everyone is having a good Saturday. A little overcast. I like it.
I feel like making something almond-y.
What is your favorite almond flavored thing to eat?

Some of the things I like are almond nougat, chocolate covered almonds, almond cream cheese pie, Italian almond ricotta cake, divinity, and Swiss almond ice cream.

Made this cute little half cake for a special dinner party.
This is an 8 inch cake cut in half and put on its side. There are four layers, lemon cake, lemon curd, strawberry jam, whipped cream frosting, candy rose accents and Bows.
I like the way these half cakes cut. It’s not quite as messy even when you cut tiny little sliver tasting pieces.
Either way it’s gone now and I didn’t capture a picture of the middle for you. 🍰

How do you like your cobbler?
This is Apple walnut cobbler with vanilla ice cream from Hillstone restaurant.
The cake part was really heavy and It is swimming in sweet sauce and lots and lots of walnuts.
Although very delicious for what it was, not the typical cobbler you think of when you think of cobbler.

It is such a summer flavor. Very Refreshing. It seems like it is a bit of a delicacy because it’s not always in season. I am looking for a good Keylime pie recipe with the best ever crust.  the custard should be firm and make you pucker. The crust just has to be perfect. It doesn’t matter if it’s Graham, nuts, shortbread, or dough.  I really don’t have a preference. It just has to be the best ever.
If you have a great recipe that has stood the test of time and are willing to share, I would love to give it a go. Thanks ~ 𝑔𝒾𝓃𝒶 𝓂𝒶𝓇𝒾ℯ

Here we go 💦Splish Splashing into Pool Party Season 🌸
 Kids and adults love Themed cake pops.
My cake pops are made to order.  Minimum order is one dozen unless otherwise stated (for instance if I made extra from an order). The pops can be individually wrapped and tied with a coordinating bow or boxed in mini paper cups.
Prices range from $4ea for single color with sprinkles,wrapped, to $7 or more for intricate designs, taking into consideration quantity and type of packaging needed.
One dozen standard cake pops will run approximately $45
Order in advance. Please give at least 5 to 7 days notice.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. 

Party TIP
For upright Cake Pops.
To keep with your party theme use a shoebox or foam block to display your cake pops. Cover the box or foam with coordinating wrapping paper or tissue paper. If you’re using a box stuff with tissue paper so the pops stand up nicely without falling through. Poke small holes, not too wide you don’t want them to go deep. Leave enough space between each to sit comfortably. If using foam block, you can cover and just poke the cake pop stick in.
Put a bow around the box and tie it in the front~𝑔
