🍪🤎 Baking for markets and fulfilling orders is truly one of my favorite things! Not only is it a stress reliever for me, but seeing the smiles and excitement on my customers’ faces when they break that seal and get to taste (or even just smell!) my baked goods brings my heart SO much joy. 🥹🫶🏻

🍂 Woah! Time is FLYING, and we are only 3 weeks away from the Holiday Market at MidCity District in Huntsville! 🎄🛍️

Thankful for this beautiful fall day, and how else should I spend it other than with the best guy around (the hubby, of course! ❤️) taking me on a bulk ingredient shopping trip so I can spend the next few weeks doing what I love most — baking up a storm in the kitchen! 🧈🍪🥧

📅 IMPORTANT ORDERING UPDATE: From October 26th through November 8th, I will not be accepting custom orders so I can focus on preparing for the market and make sure everything is ready for a wonderful day!

After some much-needed rest and recharging, The McCoy Baking Co. is officially back! 🤎

So many of you have been asking, and here it is… an UPDATED bakery menu with prices! 🥖🍪🧁

As always, I’ll do my very best to accommodate special requests and help bring your sweet treat ideas to life! Thank you for being so patient, supportive, and understanding while I took a little time to rest. It means more than you know!

✨ A little reminder when placing orders: Please allow 3–5 days’ notice so I have plenty of time to prepare your goodies with love and care!

Fall break calls for relaxation, which obviously means spending time in the kitchen, right? 😂🍂

This week, I’ve made chocolate chip cookies with my nephew, homemade crusty bread (if y’all call it something else, cool, but in my house, it’s crusty bread 🤣), and 12 jars of fresh, no-sugar-added apple butter! 🍎🤎

Honestly, there’s just something about being in the kitchen, making things from scratch, and slowing down a little that makes my heart happy. It’s literally my favorite way to relax!

Now I want to know… what have y’all been up to over fall break? Are you relaxing, traveling, tackling projects, or spending your break in the kitchen like me? 🧡🍁

I know how excited everyone is to see me this weekend at the market in Wi******er, but unfortunately, due to some circumstances, I’m not going to be able to attend. ❤️

I’ve been juggling a few too many things lately, and I’ve realized I need to take a little step back, slow down, and take some time for self-care. Sometimes you just have to give yourself permission to breathe! 🫶🏼
