Because this one… 👀🔥 I have a feeling it’s going to be a GOOD one.

🍃🍫 FIRST UP: THE THICK MINT COOKIE

Okay, confession time. 🙋🏼‍♀️

If there’s one thing you need to know about me, it’s that I LOVE chocolate candy… but historically? I have despised chocolate cookies. 😂

UNTIL I BAKED THIS LITTLE PIECE OF DELICIOUSNESS. 🤤

The Thick Mint has officially changed my mind about chocolate cookies forever. 🙌🏼

It’s a rich, brown-butter chocolate cookie loaded with:
🍫 Chocolate chips
🌿 Mint fudge cookie pieces
🍃 Andes mint pieces
✨ And the perfect hint of peppermint

Basically, a Thin Mint grew up, got fancy, and became a bakery cookie. 😏🍪

🍫🥜 NEXT UP: THE STUFFED REESE’S BROWNIE

For the BLACKOUT theme, I decided to go with a brownie instead of making another chocolate cookie.

Because let’s face it…

I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone who was sad about a brownie. 😂

Let alone a STUFFED brownie. 👀

These are rich, fudgy, chocolatey and LOADED with Reese’s candies. 🍫🥜

It’s basically the perfect chocolate + peanut butter matchup.

And honestly… I don’t think I need to say much more. 😏

🎂🤍 THEN WE HAVE THE ITALIAN CREAM CAKE

Now before you tell me…

“But I don’t like coconut!” 🙅🏼‍♀️🥥

You honestly don’t even taste the coconut. It just makes this cake ridiculously soft and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. 🤤

And the cream cheese buttercream?!

Yep… just like the cookie! 🍪

Basically… childhood birthday party energy, but on a stick. 😂🎉

🖤This week's school theme is "Blackout the bobcats".🖤

🍪🍫I've got one cookie and a loaded brownie option to go with the theme.

This lineup is probably going to be one of my top favorites. Don't miss out!

I've also made a form for the FNLC deliveries. Please use this form if you'd like to have a cookie delivered to a student or staff member. Students have to be in high school, staff members can be at any Schulenburg school or admin building. These orders close Wednesday each week.
