We sell our delicious baked goods at:

• Delmar Farmers Market - Saturday – 9AM - 1PM at the Bethlehem Central Middle School, 332 Kenwood Avenue, Delmar
• Troy Waterfront Farmers Market - Saturday 9:00AM - 2:00PM on River Street, Downtown Troy
• Schenectady Greenmarket – Sundays – 10PM – 2PM around City Hall in Schenectady during summer and inside Proctors Theatre in the winter
• Spa City Farmers

Market - Sunday - 10:00AM - 3:00PM at the Lincoln Baths, 65 South Broadway, Saratoga Springs
• SUNY Plaza – Thursday - 10:00AM - 2:00PM at the SUNY System Administration building on Broadway in Albany
• Cook Park Farmers Market - Thursday - 4:00PM - 7:00PM at Cook Park, Sharon Drive, Colonie(Done for the season)

Funk Farms has a new member of the family. Baby, Islay(pronounced eye-la) Jane Davis arrived October 17th, 8 lbs, 22 inches. Islay joins her big brother, Oliver, as the apples of Grandma’s eyes. 🍎🍏

It’s officially the season! Funk Farms will have fresh picked Strawberry Rhubarb pies along with our ever loved Apple pies at our Farmers Markets this weekend! Come early to grab yours up before we sell out!

Delicious strawberries and rhubarb is finally here. Funk Farms will offer strawberry rhubarb pies along with our overstuffed Apple pies this weekend. Wouldn’t one our scrumptious pies or other delicious treats be the perfect surprise for Dad this Father’s Day. Stop by our booth at the Spa City Farmers Market on the lawn of the Lincoln Baths in Saratoga Springs from 10-2 on Sunday.

We at Funk Farms hope that all our wonderful customers are staying safe and well. Funk Farms will be returning to the Spa City Farmers Market, outside the Lincoln Baths in Saratoga Springs tomorrow, Sunday May 17th from 10:00 to 2:00 and we are looking forward to seeing all our fabulous customers.

Many customers have had questions about the availability of our products so we wanted to address some of these questions along with our new procedures.

Funk Farms does not have a retail location. We bake on our farm and sell our products at area farmers markets, under normal circumstances. Currently, Pam has been caring for her infant grandson, who lives out of the area, most of the week. His daycare has closed and his parents are both essential workers. Even though Pam is loving her time with her grandson, we are not sure when that situation will change. Therefore, Funk Farms is not presently attending any weekday markets and our attendance at the Troy Saturday market is on hold for the time being. We hope to make some guest appearances at the Delmar Farmers Market during the summer season.

We love our customers and want to keep everyone safe. Therefore, we will have some changes to our packing, pricing and procedures at the market tomorrow. Our payment system will be completely non-contact. All our products will be sold packaged as $10.00 sales with the exception of our pies which will be $20.00. We will require exact cash payments and will not be making change, in order to eliminate contact. Our booth will have a plexiglass barrier over our table. An example of each of our products will be on display for reference purposes but your purchases will be prepackaged. We will not be selling individual serving sizes of most products in an attempt to limit the amount of handling required for each item both after baking and before the sale. Quality has always been our top priority but safety is as well.

This is a work in progress for us so we hope that you will stop by tomorrow for your Funk Farm fix and give us any feedback. We truly appreciate all our customers and the loyal support they have always shown.
