Today, we’re celebrating someone very special to both the Johnny’s and Villa Italia families.

Five years ago, Macee faced one of life’s toughest battles with incredible courage, strength, and determination. Today, we are beyond grateful to celebrate a milestone that means so much to her, her family, her friends, and all of us who have had the privilege of knowing her.

Macee, your resilience has inspired more people than you probably realize. Through every challenge, you’ve shown grace, faith, and an unwavering spirit. We couldn’t be happier to say these words:

❤️ $100,000 Raised for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital ❤️

Today marked a very special day at Villa Italia Bakery as we welcomed Tim Bayly from St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for our annual check presentation.

This year, thanks to the incredible generosity of our AMAZING customers and the dedication of our wonderful staff, Villa Italia was able to present another $20,000 donation to St. Jude.

That brings our 5-year total to $100,000 raised.

And the truth is… this isn’t our accomplishment.

This happens because of YOU.

It’s the customer who chooses to round up at the register.

It’s the loose change dropped into the donation box.

It’s the unexpected dollar bill from someone simply wanting to help.

And it’s our caring team members who ask, every single day, if customers would like to support this mission.

St. Jude is truly one of the most remarkable organizations in the world. Founded in 1962 by entertainer Danny Thomas, St. Jude was built on one simple promise: that no child should die in the dawn of life.

Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food—because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.

Danny Thomas once said:

“Success in life has nothing to do with what you gain in life or accomplish for yourself. It’s what you do for others.”
