Thank you to my friend Alice for asking me to make this Gucci Bag for her sister's 50th Birthday and for sending me this picture too. This is a Red Velvet Cake with Swiss Cream Cheese Buttercream with Amaretto liqueur.

For all the Chicago White Sox Fans, this is for you! My teacher from Keller Junior High asked me to make this for her. It's for her friend's husband's 40th Birthday. I'm glad I made an imprint to be remembered by the people I meet. This is an awesome project for me.

It was a back to back baking for me last week. I baked a cake for a friend who turned 70 yrs old and a cake for my youngest son who turned 21. The flavor is "Ube"/Purple Yam, their favorite. He wasn't able to change his driver license though so that day of his birthday, Sept 19 we didn't go to a bar to celebrate.

This is what makes me too busy this week. A friend from school is turning 70 yrs old today. I am so proud to make her 70th Birthday Cake and cupcakes. Doesn't it look fabulous?

I miss you guys! Sorry for my absence, just got no time to do FB. This is my come back picture for this week. A 10" x 4" Little Mermaid Theme Cake. It's for Baby Shower this time. They like Purple color so the Mermaid Tails are obviously Purple. Will be posting more picture these coming days.

These delicate cookies, French Macarons were the reason why I started baking. It made me a better baker. Such a wonderful feeling to see the outcome of your hard work. These Rose Lychee French Macarons were the prettiest French Macarons I've ever baked. The smell of the Rose and taste of the Lychee was a perfect combination.

Ube Cupcake frosted with silky Swiss Ube Buttercrean topped with Mini Ube Macarons and decorated with white sprinkles. This is always the old time favorite everytime my eldest son has a party. The party is not complete without this flavor.

Chocolate Naked Cake with Banana Cream filling. First time to decorate fresh flowers on my cake and I enjoyed doing it. Actually, this is a Birthday Cake, never put any birthday greeting and it's just ok. Thank you to my friend Yanet who gave me more experience and creating more lovely cakes like this.

Just did simple baking this week. A friend of mine asked me if I can bake her a bundt cake and that time I was cleaning. Of course, no doubt that I'll choose baking. I have a lot of choice of flavors to bake like, Lemon, Vanilla, Banana, Chocolate, etc. But I choose Amaretto Bundt Cake since I haven't baked this for a long time. When it's almost done the Almond aroma smells so good that you want to have a piece already.

This cake didn't make it on time. This should be my eldest son's birthday cake last July 25. It's not even perfect because I baked the wrong texture of a cake, it was so soft. Since I don't want to bake another cake again I still used the same cake to cover it with fondant which I tried to work it out somehow, it's ok. The Adidas shoe it's almost like a pro. He likes "UBE" flavor. Happy Birthday to my son Raffy!!!
