Fresh flowers on cake? Some might call it cheating… and honestly, we get it.

There’s nothing like hand-crafted sugar flowers—every petal shaped with intention, every detail designed to last. That’s our first love.

But every now and then, a design calls for something a little more organic. Fresh florals bring their own kind of ease and movement, and when used thoughtfully, they can still make a statement without taking away from the cake itself.

We don’t rely on them—but we do enjoy collaborating with florists and event designers when it makes sense for the overall vision.
