Baked Chicken Parmesan Dip
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)
Baguette slices or tortilla chips, for serving
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and marinara sauce. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
In another bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper until it's smooth and creamy.
Fold the cream cheese mixture into the chicken and marinara sauce mixture until well combined.
Add half of the shredded mozzarella cheese and half of the grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture, stirring until the cheese is evenly distributed.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown on top.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before garnishing with fresh basil leaves if desired.
Serve the Baked Chicken Parmesan Dip with baguette slices or tortilla chips for dipping.
