She learned her baking skills when helping her father, Bunny Deal, run Deal’s Create-A-Cake and Bakery in College Plaza in the early 1980s. Some of the recipes that can be found in E.L.F.’s Kitchen are Bunny’s recipes. These incredible recipes include: Bear Claws, Nut and Fruit Cake, Pecan Timbles or Mini-Pies,and Challah bread. ppyseed loaf, whole wheat bread, and buttermilk pound cake. Hob Nobs (Honey, Oats, Butter (nut butter), Nuts, plus Other Bar) will be a nutritional powerbar that can be customized. Other offerings will be based on local seasonal ingredients such as strawberries, blueberries, and peaches. This business has a Cottage Food License. The owner had to take a Food Safety Course, have a kitchen inspection by the GA Dept. of Agriculture,and have a well and septic tank inspection by the Bulloch County Health Department.
